اللَّهُمَّ بَاعِدْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ خَطَايَايَ كَمَا بَاعَدتَّ بَيْنَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ, اللَّهُمَّ نَقِّنِي مِنْ خَطَايَايَ كَمَا يُنَقَّى الثَّوْبُ الأَبْيَضُ مِنْ الدَّنَسِ, اللَّهُمَّ اغْسِلْنِي مِنْ خَطَايَايَ بِالْمَاءِ والثَّلْج والْبَرَدِ O Allaah!  Separate  me  (far)  from  my  sins  as  you  have  separated  (far)  the  East  and  West.  O Allaah!  Cleanse  me  of  my  sins  as  white  cloth  is  cleansed  from  dirt.  O  Allaah!  Wash me of my sins with water, ice and snow. Indeed my prayer, my sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allaah, the Lord of the Worlds: no partner has He. With this I have been commanded,   and I am the first of the Muslims (those who submit to Him). O Allaah! You are my Lord and I am Your slave. I have wronged myself, and have acknowledged my sins, so forgive all my sins, for no-one forgives sins except You. Guide me to the best of characters, to which no-one can guide except You, and save me from the worst of characters, from which no-one can save except You. I am here and happy to serve you. All good is in Your Hands, and evil is not from You. The guided one is he who is guided by you. I exist by Your will and belong to You. There is no escape or shelter from You except to You.  You are blessed and exalted. I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You.	p15	1.2

اللهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيرًا, وَالْحَمْدُ للهِ كَثِيرًا, وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيلاً, (x3) Allaah is the Greatest, very great. Praise be to Allaah, again and again. Glorified is Allaah morning and evening.	p17	1.7
الْحَمْدُ للهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ Praise be to Allaah, many, pure, blessed praises.	p17	1.8
اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ، أَنْتَ نُورُ السَّمَأوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَنْ فِيهِنَّ، وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ، أَنْتَ قَيِّمُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَنْ فِيهِنَّ، (وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ، أَنْتَ مَلِكُ السَّمَأوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَنْ فِيهِنَّ) وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ، أَنْتَ الْحَقُّ، وَوَعْدُكَ حَقٌّ، وَقَوْلُكَ حَقٌّ، وَلِقَاؤُكَ حَقٌّ، وَالْجَنَّةُ حَقٌّ، وَالنَّارُ حَقٌّ، وَالسَّاعَةُ حَقٌّ، وَالنَّبِيُّونَ حَقٌّ، وَمُحَمَّدٌ حَقٌّ، اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ، وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ، وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْتُ، وَبِكَ خَاصَمْتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ حَاكَمْتُ، (أَنْتَ رَبُّنَا وإلَيكَ المَصيرُ) فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ، وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ، (وما أنتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي) أَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّمُ وَأَنْتَ الْمُؤَخِّرُ، (أَنْتَ إِلهِي) لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ. O Allaah, to You belongs all Praise.  You are the Light of the heavens and the earth and all those in them; to You belongs all Praise. You are the Maintainer of the heavens and the earth and all those in them; [to You belongs all Praise. You are the King of the heavens and the earth and all those in them] to You belongs all Praise. You are the Haqq (The Truth); Your promise is true;  Your saying is true;  meeting  You is true;  Paradise  is true;  the  Fire  is true;  the  Hour  is true;  the  Prophets  are  true;  Muhammad  is  true.  O  Allaah!  to  You  I  have  submitted;  in  You  I have  placed  my  trust;  in  You  I  have  believed;  to  You  I  have  turned;  for  Your  sake  I  have fought;  to  You  I  have  referred  for  judgement;  [You  are  our  Lord  and  to  You  is  the  end  of  all journeys:  so  forgive  me  my  earlier  and  later  sins,  what  I  have  concealed  and  what  I  have showed]  [and  whatever  else  You  know  about  more  than  I.]  You  are  the  Bringer-Forward  and You are  the Delayer; [You are  my deity;]  and  none has the right to  worshipped  but You.	p17	1.9
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ جِبْرِيلَ وَمِيكَائِيلَ وَإِسْرَافِيلَ, فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ, عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ, أَنْتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِكَ فِيمَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ, اهْدِنِي لِمَا اخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ مَنْ الْحَقِّ بِإِذْنِكَ, إِنَّكَ تَهْدِي مَنْ تَشَاءُ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ O Allaah, Lord of Jibraa'eel, Meekaa'eel and Israafeel, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of all that is hidden and open! It is You that will judge between Your servants in those matters about which they used to differ. Guide me by Your Grace to the Truth concerning that about which they differed, for indeed You guide whomsoever You wish to a path that is straight.	p18	1.10
الله أكبر x10 Allaah is the Most Great سبحان الله x10 Far removed is Allaah from every imperfection لا إله إلا الله x10 There is none worthy of worship except Allaah أستغفر الله x10 I ask Allaah’s forgiveness   اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَاهْدِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي وَعَافِنِي x10 O Allaah forgive me, guide me, provide for me and grant me well being. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الضِّيقِ يَوْمَ الْحِسَابِ x10 O Allaah! I seek refuge with You from the distress of the Day of Account	p19	1.11
اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ ذُو الْمَلَكُوتِ وَالْجَبَرُوتِ وَالْكِبْرِيَاءِ وَالْعَظَمَةِ. Allaah is the Greatest [three  times],  Possessor of  Kingdom,  Power,  Magnificence and Might.	p19	1.12

Du'aa before sleep

al Awwal, al Aakhir, al Baatin and adh Daahir as part of the du'aa:

Suhail reported that Abu Salih used to command us (in these words):

When any one of you intends to go to sleep, he should lie on the bed on his right side and then say:

" O Allah. the Lord of the Heavens and the Lord of the Earth and Lord of the Magnificent Throne, our Lord, and the Lord of evervthina, the Splitter of the grain of corn and the datestone (or fruit kernal), the Revealer of Torah and Injil (Bible) and Criterion (the Holy Qur'an), I seek refuge in Thee from the evil of every- thing Thou art to sieze by the forelock (Thou hast perfect control over it). O Allah, Thou art the First, there is naught before Thee, and Thou art the Last and there is naught after Thee, and Thou art Evident and there is nothing above Thee, and Thou art Innermost and there is nothing beyond Thee. Remove the burden of debt from us and relieve us from want." 

Abu Salih used to narrate it from Abu Huraira who narrated it from Allah's Apostle (ﷺ).

حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، قَالَ كَانَ أَبُو صَالِحٍ يَأْمُرُنَا إِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُنَا أَنْ يَنَامَ أَنْ يَضْطَجِعَ عَلَى شِقِّهِ الأَيْمَنِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ ‏ 

"‏ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَرَبَّ الأَرْضِ وَرَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ رَبَّنَا وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ فَالِقَ الْحَبِّ وَالنَّوَى وَمُنْزِلَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَالإِنْجِيلِ وَالْفُرْقَانِ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهِ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ الأَوَّلُ فَلَيْسَ قَبْلَكَ شَىْءٌ وَأَنْتَ الآخِرُ فَلَيْسَ بَعْدَكَ شَىْءٌ وَأَنْتَ الظَّاهِرُ فَلَيْسَ فَوْقَكَ شَىْءٌ وَأَنْتَ الْبَاطِنُ فَلَيْسَ دُونَكَ شَىْءٌ اقْضِ عَنَّا الدَّيْنَ وَأَغْنِنَا مِنَ الْفَقْرِ ‏"‏

What to say after the adhaan:

1.         Salaat upon the Prophet (peace be upon him)

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَآلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ،

2.         Du’aa after the completion of the adhaan (The Prophet, peace be upon him, will be able to make intercession for you):

اللهم رب هذه الدعوة التامة والصلاة القائمة آت محمدا الوسيلة والفضيلة وابعثه مقاما محمودا الذي وعدته

O Lord of this complete call and the prayer that is about to begin, give Muhammad the intercession and the virtue and grant him the praised station that You have promised him.

3.     Then any du’aa of your own as the du’aa between the adhaan and the iqaamah is not rejected.

Option 1 above – enters Paradise

''Umar b. al-Khattab reported:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: When the Mu'adhdhin says: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, and one of you should make this response: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; (and when the Mu'adhdhin) says: I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, one should respond: I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and when he says: I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, one should make a response: I testify that Muhammad is Allah's Messenger. When he (the Mu'adhdhin) says: Come to prayer, one should make a response: There is no might and no power except with Allah. When he (the Mu'adhdhin) says: Come to salvation, one should respond: There is no might and no power except with Allah, and when he (the Mu'adhdhin) says: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, then make a response: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. When he (the Mu'adhdhin) says: There is no god but Allah, and he who makes a response from the heart: There is no god but Allah, he will enter Paradise.

Option 3 above – sins are forgiven

Sa'd b. Abu Waqqas reported:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: If anyone says on hearing the Mu'adhdhin:

I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah alone who has no partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger, (and that) I am satisfied with Allah as my Lord, with Muhammad as Messenger. and with Islam as din (code of life), his sins would be forgiven. In the narration transmitted by Ibn Rumh the words are:"

He who said on hearing the Mu'adhdhin and verity I testify." ' Qutaiba has not mentioned his words:" And I."

وأنا أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له 

وأن محمدا عبده ورسوله 

رضيت بالله ربا وبمحمد رسولا وبالإسلام دينا
